Open Manage billing in your account to stop renewal. Access continues until the paid period ends. Contact support if you cannot cancel.
Refund eligibility
We refund duplicate billing, failures that prevent us from providing the paid service, and cases required by law. Otherwise, payments are final: cancellation, a change of mind or unused subscription time alone does not qualify.
Request help
Email support@whisperai.dev using your purchase email. Include the payment reference, date and issue. Never include card details or recordings. Report problems promptly so we can review them within the payment provider’s processing deadlines.
Approved refunds
Refunds go back through the original provider and payment method. We will share its timing estimate; bank processing varies. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
